Job Description Title: Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities: • Draft and maintain marketing collateral (attorney biographies, presentations, website content, brochures, etc.), • Management of Firm events such as exhibit shows, conferences, speaking engagements, etc., • Assist with developing content for pitches, presentations, proposals, and RFPs, • Utilize social media platforms to increase traffic and awareness, • Assist with updating the Firm’s WordPress website, • Creation and distribution of firm newsletters, client alerts, and other firm emails using Constant Contact, • Assist in the scheduling, filming/recording, editing, and posting of videos and podcasts, including the writing of descriptions and creation of thumbnails for posting, • Creation of PowerPoint presentations, including templates, graphics, and animations, • Creation of podcasts and other multi-media content as needed, • Using social sites to engage potential new clients Requirements:, • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields, • 2-4 years of experience in marketing or related experience, • Law firm marketing experience preferred, • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail, • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), • Knowledge of WordPress, • Basic Graphic Design experience using Canva or Venngage
