Requirements Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred; experience in a dental or medical office is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft applications -Scanning, Organized file cabinet - Color Code, keep all contracts updated. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. This position requires regular travel to regional job sites from its base in Hackensack, New Jersey.
