As a Product Manager, you’ll be working across complex spaces (Fintech, Healthcare, HR Tech - all with serious policy/regulatory environments). That will require you to have a keen intuition for customer needs, risk management, and commercialization. The International team’s mission is to help small businesses grow with confidence by empowering them to tap into the global talent market and navigate the challenges of international employment. As a Product Manager on the International Payroll team, you would help build the systems and capabilities that allow us to pay global employees accurately, compliantly, and on time. In this exciting high-impact role, you’ll be positioned to abstract away complexity to deliver an intuitive customer experience, create leverage for the operations teams we partner with, and innovate in a constantly evolving space. Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
