Job Description About the Role: As a Lifeguard at SafeSplash Montgomery Village, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all patrons in and around the aquatic facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor activities in the water, enforce safety rules, and respond promptly to emergencies. In addition to maintaining a safe environment, you will also engage in educational programs that promote water safety and swimming skills among participants. This position requires a proactive approach to risk management and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals of all ages. Minimum Qualifications: • Current lifeguard certification from a recognized organization., • CPR and First Aid certification., • Experience in teaching swimming or water safety classes., • Familiarity with administrative tasks related to event planning and fundraising., • Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers and participants., • Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries., • Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as needed., • Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions to maintain readiness for emergency situations.
