Job Description JSG is interested in speaking with Documentation Control Specialist with experience verifying accuracy of part entries, BOMs, and revisions in ERP system. This is a contract to hire opportunity with our top client in Hauppauge, NY (100% onsite). Pay for this role is $26-33hr and the shift is 7am-3:30pm. This position requires US Citizenship or permanent residency. The Documentation Control Specialist will function of the individual is to be a subject matter expert regarding documentation processes. Individual will maintain an effective document control process, ensuring that all manufacturing and testing documentation is accurate, meets quality specifications and applicable customer specifications; keeping documents up to date and accurately distributed to relevant parties while meeting production demands. The ideal candidate possesses the below additional experience; • Experience creating, editing/formatting document change instructions for modified parts, assemblies, BOM docs in ERP, • Strong ability to collaborate/communicate with engineering, production, quality to resolve documentation discrepancies, • Excellent Organizational, Analytical, and Independent working skills, • Experience managing projects and improving data collection is preferred, • US Citizenship or perm residency required Please apply if you are ready to work ASAP with a fast-growing Manufacturer!
