Job Description Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for a Procurement Specialist who will support strategic sourcing and supplier management activities within the Animal Health Global Supplier Management organization. This is a procurement specialist position with primary responsibilities in supplier and market analysis, cost modeling, sourcing and contract management, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong emphasis on change management and cross-functional collaboration. This is a contract opportunity with a leading global research-driven biopharmaceutical company, operating on a hybrid schedule and located in Rahway, NJ. Hybrid Schedule Pay Rate: $44.58/hr W2 Required Skills: • Bachelor degree required, • 3-5 years of experience in procurement, in direct and/or indirect spending categories such as logistics, fleets, travel and meetings, IT, professional services and marketing., • Proficiency in SAP Ariba, • English proficiency written & spoken. Preferred Skills and Experience: • Master degree preferred, • Excellent communication, relationship, and leadership skills., • Change management - adaptable in dealing with ambiguous and complex environments., • Able to effectively lead work within diverse cross functional teams to achieve Client, Division, and Company goals., • Proficiency in Excel – i.e. pivot tables This 12+ Month Assignment Has a Tentative Start Date of 1/5/2026 JSG offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance options, short-term disability, 401(k), weekly pay, and more.
