Manage all quarterly and annual payroll processes, including: • Quarterly: Form 941 filings, SIT/SUI reports, payroll tax reconciliations, benefit deduction reconciliations, and management reporting. Assist with external audits related to workers’ compensation, and corporate financial audits. Train and support managers and employees on payroll and timekeeping processes; serve as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries. Recommend and implement process improvements and new technologies to increase payroll efficiency and accuracy. Other duties as assigned Key Skills and Abilities Strong knowledge of wage and hour laws, payroll tax regulations across multiple state jurisdictions in the US, and compliance requirements.
