You will lead our social media motion graphics promotions. You will lead our social media and conference motion graphics promotions, while working closely with our design, GTM, and product teams. Must haves: * 3+ years of experience with Motion Graphics. You must be able to create videos of the quality that, e.g. ElevenLabs regularly release (see e.g. their Series C announcement video: ). Your ability to create such videos should be evidenced by your previous work/portfolio. * Ability to turn very technical products and features into highly engaging, intuitive, and professional motion graphics and animations. * Ability to deal in an often ambiguous environment. * Self-directed, solution-oriented, and ability to work autonomously. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to use motion to narrate user experience based on users' behaviors, needs, and emotions. * Exceptional process thinker and problem solver. * Demonstrates a strong foundation in basic animation principles, often related to physics and patterns. * Master in After Effects and Figma. * Low ego, collaborative, positive attitude, and open-minded. * Creative thinking toward establishing and executing on the vision for team initiatives. Preferred haves: * Experience working on branding, growth, social media, and promotional videos. * Experience with other animation apps such as Rive and Lottie.
