Located in the Melrose section of the Bronx, Pyramid follows a Housing First model and provides on-site services including case management, psychiatric and medical care, substance use counseling, meals, showers, and housing placement support. Referrals are made exclusively through NYC’s Street Homeless Outreach Teams. The program focuses on building trust and engagement while supporting clients in transitioning into stable, long-term housing.
