We are looking for a high-impact Area Supervisor to oversee our local footprint. This isn't a "clipboard and whistle" job. We need a strategic operator who can navigate the unique challenges of the Panhandle market—from managing high-volume shifts during the Tri-State Fair to building a loyal, long-term team in a competitive labor market. The Role: What Youll Do You will be the executive presence for our locations across Amarillo and Canyon. Your goal is to drive "The Three Ps": People, Profit, and Pride. • P&L Mastery: Youll own the bottom line for the region. You aren't just reading reports; youre identifying why food waste is up or labor is high and fixing it on the fly., • The "Coach" Mentality: You will mentor a team of General Managers. Success for you is seeing your Assistant Managers promoted to GMs., • Operational Excellence: Ensure every store is "Grand Opening" ready every day. Youll maintain the highest standards for food safety, cleanliness, and speed., • Community Connection: Represent the brand at local events and ensure we remain the favorite "hometown" choice for families and travelers alike.What Were Looking For, • Experience: 3+ years of multi-unit management in high-volume QSR or Fast-Casual environments., • Financial Grit: Proven ability to manage COGS and Labor in a fluctuating economy., • Leadership Style: You lead from the front.
