Job Description This hybrid role combines relationship management, event coordination, and strategic partnership development to create immersive experiences that benefit our residents, their families, prospective residents, professional partners and also, strengthen our brand presence, and generate qualified referrals across our portfolio. Key Responsibilities Partnership Development & Management • Identify, vet, cultivate, and maintain strategic relationships with community organizations including:, • Educational institutions (schools, drama centers, art schools, dance studios), • Cultural organizations (pottery centers, music academies, museums), • Civic entities (chambers of commerce, municipal offices, local government), • Community groups and nonprofit organizations, • Religious organizations in the local community such as temples and churches, • Map organizational influence and identify key decision-makers at partner organizations, • Develop a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities across all 26 communities, • Create and maintain a partnership database tracking contacts, engagement history, and opportunities, • Serve as one of the primary liaison between our communities and external partners to ensure mutually beneficial, long-term collaborations., • Regularly engage with town officials, local business owners, and cultural leaders to strengthen our brand presence and goodwill., • Ensure engagement of current stakeholder groups within our organization (via mentorship at the community level) that require engagement such as family members i.e adult children, adult grandchildren, and youthful great grandchildren in a way that will contribute to resident retention, and elongated length of stay. Event Strategy & Execution • Work with Communities (including Lifestyle Directors, EDs and DCRs) to Design and implement a calendar of signature events for each community, including:, • Intergenerational programming with schools and youth organizations, • Cultural showcases and performances, • Community open houses and chamber of commerce networking events, • Town street fairs and civic celebrations, • Seasonal signature events that drive community awareness, • Collaborate with Lifestyle teams to ensure events align with resident interests and programming goals, • Partner with Business Development teams to maximize lead generation and referral opportunities from events, • Ensure that all events across all communities align with brand standards, quality, company mission, and community engagement goals., • Mentor Lifestyle Directors, EDs, and Lifestyle coordinator how to execute events independently., • Work with VP of Strategy, Regional Director of Hospitality, Food Service Directors, as well as EDs in the communities to ensure hospitality is at the forefront of each event executed. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Serve as the primary liaison between Business Development and Lifestyle departments, • Translate partnership opportunities into resident engagement and occupancy growth, • Provide Business Development teams with event-based prospecting opportunities, • Support Lifestyle teams with external partnership resources and programming enhancement, • Monitor, Track and Report on KPIs including:, • Move ins attributed to events, • Referral generation, • Partnership engagement including:, • Number of strategic partnerships formed and maintained, • Number of partnership-driven events executed, • Partnership satisfaction rating, • Number of external meetings and follow-ups held, • Event attendance and engagement, • Event Press, • Identify opportunities for cross-promotion and media coverage that elevate the company’s presence in each market., • Provide regular updates to leadership on partnership portfolio and community impact, • Continuously optimize event strategy based on performance data and community feedback
