We focus on treating individuals involved in accidents, work-related injuries, and those with health insurance. We are seeking a highly experienced Practice Operations Director to join our leadership team and help drive the next phase of our growth. Position Summary: The Practice Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the practice across multiple locations. This key leadership role requires a hands-on executive with deep experience in medical practice management, including a strong background in auto accident, workers' compensation, and commercial insurance workflows. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, manage, and optimize all clinical and administrative operations., • Drive performance and efficiency across scheduling, patient flow, and front/back office processes., • Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations, coding standards, and payer requirements., • Streamline operations and protocols for motor vehicle accident (MVA), workers compensation, and out-of-network commercial insurance cases., • Work directly with physicians, department heads, and staff to support quality patient care and operational excellence., • Manage hiring, training, and performance of staff across departments., • Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies based on data analysis., • Lead expansion efforts and integration of new sites and service lines. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of operations leadership experience in a medical practice setting (orthopedic, spine, or pain management preferred)., • 5+ years of experience handling MVA, Workers Comp, and commercial insurance processes., • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to drive accountability., • Proficiency in medical , EHR systems, and healthcare compliance., • Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
