Position Summary: The Dishwasher ensures that the kitchen stays clean and organized. They set up dish stations and turn on dish cleaning machines. They spend their time loading and unloading dishes from dish machines, washing all pans or utensils that come into contact with food, and scraping identifiers off everything. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Provides support through ensuring that all of the dishes are properly washed, sanitized, and ready to be stocked on the floor with minimal breakage. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized * Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, food service tools, and storage containers. * Maintaining the dish machine and three compartment sink, changing out the water when necessary.
