Job Description Position Purpose: Operate utility construction equipment to dig and backfill excavations for installation, operation, maintenance and repair of water and wastewater utility facilities. Issue Manufacturer Certificate of Analysis and Certificate of Compliance as required., • Maintain proper use of lab equipment and perform equipment calibration as required., • Assist in maintaining compliance to ISO900I quality management system standards.
