About the role January Digital is looking to fill a Growth Team Account Manager role for our team. This role requires a growth minded individual with excellent communication skills and prior expertise executing across the digital landscape. You will be responsible for executing, managing and communicating successful outcomes for a client's digital marketing portfolio. ABOUT THE ROLE In this newly created position, the Senior Director of Development is charged with conceiving, designing, building and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies that support MedShadow’s mission and growth trajectory. MedShadow seeks a strategic, creative and results-driven digital fundraiser to drive revenue through coordinated digital fundraising campaigns across digital assets, email, web, and social media. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this individual will define scalable digital fundraising programs, grow the donor pool, deepen donor engagement, and build a revenue strategy, including a future state with grants and corporate gifts.
