Job Description Our client, a start-up in the insurance industry, is searching for a Senior Accountant & Operations Analyst to join their growing team. The focus will be on providing support in accounting and finance, but will also offer operational assistance as needed. Key functions include Financial Management: Generate/maintain financial reports and records, including but not limited to income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements budgets and expense reports. Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for financial audits. Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
