About the Role: Client Experience Account Manager Acts as the client representative within the W Services organization. Ensures that all external and internal service requirements are properly executed to proactively meet and exceed WSG clients’ expectations and program objectives. Responsible for auditing procedures and contributing to issue resolution. To ensure the highest quality results and communication contribute to long-term productive client relationships and, subsequently, the long-term success of our business. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship & Facilities Program Management • Act as the primary liaison for assigned corporate clients, managing all aspects of their facilities programs across multiple sites., • Maintain overall accountability for the success and satisfaction of client accounts., • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, regular performance reviews, and a consultative approach to solving facilities-related challenges., • Identify and support organic growth opportunities in service lines such as janitorial, construction, emergency response, and all services provided by W Services. Service Delivery Oversight • Monitor account performance and present strategic recommendations to clients., • Oversee the implementation of new services or site rollouts, coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless transitions and consistent service delivery., • Monitor and close tickets within the Resolution Tracking System (RTS) while contributing to trend reporting and continuous improvement efforts., • Conduct audits and partner with field teams to ensure adherence to performance expectations and compliance requirements. Financial Accountability & Regulatory Communication • Support financial management of client accounts, including pricing proposals for new services, invoicing alignment, and account receivables follow-up when needed., • Communicate changes in labor regulations, minimum wage adjustments, and sales tax updates that may impact service pricing or delivery. Additional Responsibilities • Coordinate with internal departments—Field Operations, Procurement, Compliance, Construction, Finance, and Executive Leadership—to align client goals with service capabilities., • Participate in cross-functional meetings to identify areas of operational improvement and share client feedback for service enhancement., • When needed, provide after-hours support for critical client needs, urgent service requests, and escalations., • Special projects will be assigned as needed. Knowledge and Skill requirements • Minimum of 5 years industry experience, • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines, • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, • Experience delivering client focused solutions based on clients’ needs., • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
