Our Construction team is known for delivering complex, high-quality projects through hands-on leadership, accountability, and collaboration. The Construction Project Manager Role BLT is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground Construction Project Manager role designed for builders who thrive onsite and take full ownership of execution. The Construction Project Manager will be 100% onsite, managing day-to-day construction activity and coordinating across general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders. This is not an office-based or reporting-only role; success as a Construction Project Manager at BLT is defined by execution, leadership, and results. Projects are primarily ground-up multifamily developments ranging from 250–450 units, with occasional commercial/office projects and adaptive reuse depending on the portfolio.
