Job Description Job Summary: Property Management company seeking an experienced temporary doorman for a luxury residential building. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Ensure that residents’ needs are met such as responding to requests for deliveries or repair services, • Screening and directing visitors to appropriate destinations within the building, • Interacting with residents and guests, answering questions about building rules and regulations, and handling emergencies such as fires or medical calls, • Accepting packages and managing the distribution of packages to tenants, • Operating security equipment such as closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras and intercom systems, • Providing security at building entrances by checking IDs and permits of all third-party contractors entering the building, • Maintaining order in the building by enforcing rules and regulations regarding noise levels, pets, unruly behavior, and other infractions, • Proficiency in English, • Work collaboratively in a team environment, • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs About Stonehenge Management LLC Stonehenge NYC and its affiliated companies is a vertically integrated, private real estate group with expertise in investment management, property management, development, design, construction and leasing. The ideal candidate will have experience with full stack web development as well as in content publishing and scaling. As a software engineer, you’ll be part of a small dev team of talented software engineers (think between five and 10) as well as a larger team of product managers and designers. You will be on the ground floor in choosing and implementing technologies that power Slate.com and other Slate-related products and services. This position is located in D.C. (preferred) or New York. This position is for an individual contributor and does not require managing other developers. Tech You’ll Encounter at SlateAs an engineer at Slate, you’ll encounter loads of interesting technologies, including Node.js, Vue.js, Python, Django, Redis, Postgres, React Native, and Docker. Desired Qualities of a Software EngineerFor this position to be a good fit, you MUST • Have several years of experience building websites. Apps are good, but websites are important.
