Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Firmwide Marketing PMO and lead large-scale, highly visible programs and initiatives. This role requires end-to-end ownership of complex projects spanning content franchises, integrated campaigns, client experiences, digital platforms, governance, and cross-business partnerships. The Senior Project Manager will act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, driving planning, execution, risk management, governance, and delivery from concept through post-launch. Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Initiative Leadership • Own and lead complex, multi-workstream programs across video, audio, digital, events, paid/owned channels, and internal platforms, • Translate strategic objectives into executable program plans with timelines, milestones, and delivery models, • Drive programs from concept and stakeholder alignment through launch, amplification, and post-launch measurement, • Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Management, • Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across Firmwide Marketing, Digital Strategy, Creative Services, Legal, Compliance, Research, and external agencies, • Identify risks, dependencies, and decision points, escalating with clear recommendations, • Ensure programs meet firm governance, legal, and compliance requirements, • Manage disclosure alignment, review workflows, and approvals across formats (video, audio, digital, paid, internal), • Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, asset trackers, and distribution plans, • Drive efficient workflows across creative, production, distribution, and amplification, • Produce clear, concise, executive-ready updates for senior leadership, • Serve as a model PMO leader, setting standards for program management excellence, • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, • 8–10+ years of experience in program or project management within marketing, media, content, digital, or complex matrixed organizations, • Proven ability to lead large, ambiguous, high-visibility initiatives with senior stakeholders, • Deep experience in regulated environments, including governance, legal review, compliance, and risk management, • Strong command of project planning tools, trackers, timelines, and reporting, • Experience managing firmwide or enterprise-level marketing programs, • Ability to operate simultaneously at strategic and executional levels, • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (preferred), • Agile or Scrum certification (preferred) Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Project Management Professional Company DescriptionCompunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
