GENERAL PURPOSE To provide a safe and reliable fleet by performing preventative maintenance and proper repairs on all fleet equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, replace and complete all required repairs on diesel equipment (i.e., tractors, trailers, bobtails, lift gates, etc.). * Perform preventative maintenance within DOT standards. * Receive road calls, assign third party vendor, and work with business partners on plan of action. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with workplace safety rules/regulations and government guidelines. * Utilize fleet maintenance software system tablet to fully document equipment repair and parts used. * Backup to other maintenance shop personnel. * Willingness and capacity to assume increased responsibility and certificates. * Other duties as assigned by manager. WHY WE NEED YOU WAZER is the first ever desktop waterjet cutter bringing universal cutting with digital precision to every workshop, big or small. Creating a first of its kind product was no easy feat, but since then we have proven the product and are scaling up! We are looking to build our proactive, energetic, and adaptable team. You’ll have an opportunity to solve problems, as well as work to continuously improve our systems and processes. Take ownership of your work and help bring this brand new product to its many eager customers, while having an opportunity for career growth and development. YOUR DAILY ROLE This is a part time position that largely focuses on warehouse management and product fulfillment. The position involves working on-site at our office/warehouse for an estimated 25–30 hours per week. The majority of WAZER products processed and shipped are pallet shipments. This means you must be comfortable with not only processing small parcel packages but large crates as well. To be more specific you will be expected to regularly lift 60 pounds on your own, perform team lifts, and use standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hydraulic lifters, and ladders safely. Warehouse • Ensure finished goods are appropriately stored for inventory and fulfillment (ie. only boxed or fully crated units), • Ensure all incoming packages have been distributed to appropriate staff or left on incoming package racks only, • Ensure parts are pulled according to general good FIFO practices, • Suggest improvements and convey them to the Operations Manager in terms of warehouse management Daily Warehouse Maintenance • Ensure the warehouse is free of debris (ie. packaging, foam, cardboard, etc), • Ensure the warehouse space is clear of clutter, • Ensure all general use warehouse tools (not in use) are put away in their designated locations (ie. pallet jack, dollies, ladders, etc) Inventory • Perform container unloading and receipt on a monthly basis, • Perform inventory counts on an as requested basis, • Parts, kits, and subassemblies appropriately binned/boxed/palletized per the intended system Fulfillment • Sub-kit and pre-assemble required accessories for fulfillment, • Package and box finished goods, • Highly accurate pick and pack of finished goods crating to customer work orders, • Print shipping documentation and process paperwork correctly for carrier pickup, • Assist LTL Drivers for loading and unloading of the pallets, • Store and document necessary packing and shipping information (digitally and physical) This position has substantial room for growth in the future if aptitude is shown. This can include more hands-on testing and involvement in the WAZER laboratories or further expansion of roles and responsibilities to operationally related activities. The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all security operations to ensure the safety and protection of personnel, property, and assets across the Campus, which comprises several buildings within a half-square-mile area. This position leads the onsite security team, develops and enforces security policies and procedures, coordinates with law enforcement and emergency services, and ensures compliance with company standards and applicable regulations. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered., • Minimum of 10 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field, including at least 5 years in security operations and 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity., • Demonstrated experience managing or supervising staff or contracted security personnel., • Current and valid New York State Unrestricted Carry Permit required., • Retired Law Enforcement Officer (local, state, or federal) with valid LEOSA credentials., • Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments and with external partners. Job Description Summary The role of the Aladdin Front Office Manager is to lead and oversee end-to-end trade workflow management within BlackRock Aladdin, ensuring accurate execution, operational integrity, and controlled risk across the full trade lifecycle. This individual provides leadership across Front Office operations, leveraging Aladdin OMS, compliance, IBOR, and analytics capabilities to drive process optimization, exception reduction, and real-time position oversight. The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on Aladdin expertise with team leadership, risk governance, and cross-functional influence across Trading, Operations, and external counterparties. Responsibilities • Lead oversight of end-to-end trade workflows within Aladdin, ensuring operational accuracy, risk mitigation, and timely issue resolution., • Provide subject matter expertise across Aladdin Front Office tools including OMS, pre-trade compliance, live blotters, exposure dashboards, and IBOR views., • Establish controls and monitoring processes to validate cash, positions, allocations, and trade lifecycle dependencies., • Proactively identify operational risks and implement preventive measures to reduce trade breaks and downstream exceptions., • Partner with Trading, Post-Trade Operations, Technology, and external counterparties to resolve complex trade and settlement issues., • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across workflow efficiency, reporting, and operational governance., • Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting best practices in trade lifecycle management and Aladdin utilization., • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks leveraging Excel and SQL for intraday validation, reconciliation oversight, and portfolio support. Qualifications • 7+ years of hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin Front Office functionality, including trade blotters, IBOR dashboards, matching tools, and cash ladders., • Demonstrated experience leading operational oversight or managing front-office support functions., • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes, investment operations, and operational risk controls., • Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for data validation, reconciliation, and reporting., • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced trading environments while maintaining governance and control standards., • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills. Location This role is a US - remote, consultant will be required to go onsite for orientation.
