We're looking for a full-time Salesperson who knows how to connect with people, listen to what they need, and guide them toward the right ride, whether it's a Can-Am or CFMOTO side-by-side, a Sea Doo, a Yanmar tractor, or a Husqvarna mower. Youll: • Greet and engage walk-in and digital customers, • Understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle or equipment, • Demo product features and help customers visualize the adventure, • Manage follow-ups, quotes, and communication throughout the sales process, • Use our lead tracking and customer management system to track leads and update customer records, • Work closely with the Finance and Service Departments to deliver a full-package customer experience, • Stay educated on product lines, inventory, rebates, and competitor offerings, • Assist with showroom presentation and dealership events Youll thrive here if you: • Are motivated by commission, not hourly, • Take pride in hitting (and breaking) sales targets, • Communicate well in person, over the phone, and via email/text, • Understand the sales process and can ask for the close, • Love powersports or outdoor equipment (or want to learn fast), • Have a competitive streak and a strong sense of urgency What Work Schedule Is Required? This is a full-time, on-site sales role. Youll work weekdays and most Saturdays. Flexibility, accountability, and stamina are key.
