Earnings Breakdown • Mileage pay: $0.56 to $0.65 CPM based on experience, • Expected weekly gross: $1,200 to $1,500, • Top 25% of drivers earn up to $1,700 per week, • Performance bonus up to $0.08 CPM, • Freight volume: 2,200 to 2,500 miles available each week, • Merit-based pay increases on a 6-month cycle, • $300 orientation pay upon completion, • Additional pay for extra stops, delays, and unexpected downtime What Your Week Looks Like • Freight territory covers 11 states across the western U.S., • Day and night dispatches depending on load availability, • Planned home time every two weeks — no guessing, no last-minute changes, • All freight is dry van, no-touch — hands off from pickup to delivery, • 60% drop & hook / 40% live load, • Late-model 2022 to 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth assigned to you Experienced Drivers • Immediate solo dispatch for drivers with 6 or more months of tractor-trailer experience, • Average weekly gross: $1,200 to $1,500, • Top 25% of drivers reach $1,700 per week, • Performance bonus up to $0.08 CPM, • Steady, consistent regional runs throughout the West New Driver Training Program • Open to CDL-A graduates with a minimum of 120 accredited training hours, • Guaranteed pay throughout a 4 to 6 week company-funded mentorship program, • Guided training on Western regional dry van routes alongside an experienced driver, • Solo rate of $0.56 CPM begins the day training is completed, • Clean work history required Benefits (Effective After 30 Days) • Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, • 401(k) retirement plan with company contributions, • Life and disability insurance, • Accident and critical illness coverage, • Paid time off, • Bring your pet or a passenger starting day one, • $300 paid orientation Requirements • Valid Class A CDL; 21 years of age or older, • 6 or more months of tractor-trailer experience, or recent accredited CDL-A graduate with 120 or more logged hours, • Must pass DOT physical, pre-employment drug screening, and MVR/PSP review, • No at-fault accidents or serious violations in the last 3 years; DUI-free for the past 5 years Submit your application on Indeed today.
