Job DescriptionSalary: $16 per hour Job Description:Provide supportive and personal services for the patients with consideration of dignity and privacy. Provide personal care and hygiene to home health patients/families. Qualifications/ Educational requirements: 1. Must be a certified Homemaker Home Health Aide with proof of certification 2.Ability to read, write and follow directions 3.Work positively and favorably with patients, families and staff Responsibilities/Essential Functions: The person in this position must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations. 1.Follow the instructions of the professional Nurse/Therapist in providing care 2.Provide assistance with hygiene such as bathing, oral care and dressing 3. The Role: Most/all of the following service tasks are to be completed daily depending on your role. Responsibilities and Skills: • Positively interact with residents, guests, and vendors while assisting with day-to-day requests and resolving complaints, • Communicate with building management and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations, • Log and keep track of both concierge and building keys for resident use or move-in/move outs, • Maintain safety and security of the building, including monitoring security cameras, responding to emergencies and concerns promptly and efficiently, and exercising great judgement including escalating issues immediately, • Handle package deliveries, including logging and distributing, as well as external vendor deliveries, • Maintain accurate and complete shift logs ensuring proper "handover" for successful communication through shift changes, • Conduct patrol of the site interior and perimeter to identify potential security and safety risks or undesirable conditions.
