Job DescriptionEquipment Builder Manufacturing | Full-Time | Entry-Level to Skilled About the Role We are seeking a mechanically inclined Equipment Builder to join our growing manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will assemble custom equipment from start to finish using mechanical drawings, schematics, hand tools, and basic electrical wiring. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building, troubleshooting, and working with their hands. Whether your experience comes from automotive repair, racing, dirt bikes, side-by-sides, go-karts, equipment assembly, or a strong mechanical hobby experience, we are willing to train motivated individuals who want to develop their skills and build a long-term career. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springfield, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
