The RN will be responsible for protecting, promoting, and optimizing patient health and abilities, facilitating illness prevention, alleviating suffering, and acting as an advocate in patient care. This role requires compliance with all nursing practice standards, including relevant state and national regulations, to promote a caring and healing environment for patients and their families.
