    Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and caring Behavior Technician (BT) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about working with children and making a positive impact every day. Responsibilities • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by a BCBA, • Provide one-on-one therapy in home, clinic, school, or community settings, • Collect accurate data on client progress, • Assist clients in developing communication, social, daily living, and coping skills, • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment, • Collaborate with supervisors, families, and team members, • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings Preferred Experience We strongly encourage applicants with experience in the following roles to apply: • Special Needs Teacher, • Special Education Teacher, • Paraprofessional, • Teacher or Teacher Assistant, • Daycare Worker or Childcare Provider, • ABA Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), • Direct Support Professional (DSP), • Youth Counselor, • Early Intervention Specialist Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges is highly valued. Qualifications • High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field preferred), • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to remain patient, professional, and compassionate, • Reliable transportation (if required for travel), • Ability to pass background check, • RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire)
