The ideal candidate will efficiently manage a caseload while meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations. Essential experience includes handling construction matters (NYS Labor Law 200, 240, 241), insurance defense, premises liability, and general liability. As a key member of our team, you will represent clients in all phases of construction-related litigation and general liability, from negotiations, pre-trial motions to trial preparation and resolution. Key Responsibilities: • Frequent and timely reporting to clients and insurance carriers., • Represent clients in insurance defense matters related to construction accidents, labor disputes, and contractual issues., • Manage and litigate cases from inception through resolution, including pre-trial, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial., • Court appearances in Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, and all NYC courts. Qualifications: • Junior Position: 1-5+ years of Litigation/Insurance Defense experience., • Senior Position: 10-20+ years of Litigation/Insurance Defense experience., • Juris Doctorate., • Admission to NYS Bar.
