The Opportunity Our New York in-office RNs work collaboratively with one another and with every member of their office-based care team. With continuous access to support from our Virtual Medical Team, we provide accessible, comprehensive, and coordinated care grounded in longitudinal, healing relationships. As a Registered Nurse, you’ll report to the RN Manager based off your specific region of New York and play a critical role in delivering high-quality primary care. Your responsibilities center on clinical nursing care, patient education, care coordination, and continuous clinical excellence across the lifespan. In New York, the RN is an essential member of the care team, helping ensure care is delivered safely and effectively in accordance with applicable nursing regulations, scope-of-practice requirements, and clinical guidelines. Our clinics provide broad, comprehensive primary care, and the RN plays a key role in bringing this model to life - supporting patients, partnering closely with providers, and ensuring continuity and coordination across the care journey. Employment type: • Full time (40 hours/week), • Monday – Friday; Patient facing hours: 8:30am – 12pm + 1pm-4:30pm What you'll be working on: • Ongoing collaboration with both in-office and virtual teammates via office-based and virtual daily huddles., • Supporting patients via 1:1 ‘drop-in’ and appointment-based visits, in-person procedure-based care; pediatric and adult vaccinations, medication administration, ear lavage, EKGs, quality-based prevention and screening measures (diabetic retinopathy and provider workload support initiatives), pediatric wellness screenings (point of care lead and hemoglobin), hearing and vision screenings., • Integration of Value Based Care delivery model, alongside current fee for service model., • Partnering with office-based Medical Directors + PCPs to ensure the nuanced needs of your office’s patients are being met with the proper data backed metrics and improvement upon health outcomes., • Driving results for seasonal based initiatives such as Flu/Covid vaccination clinics, • Virtual queue-based tasking expectations that support market service level agreements within RN scope of practice; via documentation of historical medical records, direct messaging with patients, form completion, and general chart auditing and clean-up, and beyond. Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role: • Bachelor of Science in Nursing and 1 year of recent RN experience working with Pediatric through Adult patients in a Primary Care or Urgent Care setting preferred, • OR Associate Degree in Nursing and 2 years of recent RN experience working with Pediatric through Adult patients in a Primary Care or Urgent Care setting required, • Comfort with Pediatric/Adult vaccinations, Pediatric Phlebotomy, Vision/Hearing Testing, Ear Lavage, EKGs, Medication Administration + Education, Capillary Sticks, and other testing/procedures that fall into the RN scope of practice, • Flexibility to work in-office at any of our New York City or Brooklyn offices, • Flexibility to work as a part of our rotating flu clinic in the fall, • Current RN license in New York (required) and active BLS certification One Medical providers also demonstrate: • A passion for human-centered primary care, • The ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds, • The ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care, • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care, • The desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery, • An openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengths and weaknesses, • The ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues, • Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patients This is a 40 hour/full-time role based in our Nomad office New York City, NY. One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base hourly range for this role is $49.50 to $52.50 per hour (plus weekend differential) based on a full-time schedule. Provide training and guidance to ensure teams are equipped with skills and knowledge to uphold high quality standards and achieve departmental goals, • Define and own the factory certification program, • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, technical design, sourcing and logistics, • Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes and identify areas of improvement and enforce CAP with suppliers, • Evaluate and enhance Supplier QA Scorecard and KPI, • Evaluate and implement the compliance programs to ensure all US federal, state, and international trade compliance mandates, • Manage the Product Safety protocol, • Enforce factory social compliance, human rights, and environmental audit programs, • Lead and Manage the FC audit teams in ADV and BVL for inbound shipment audits, • Manage the quality & labor chargeback for any quality failures with suppliers, • Execute any local re-work projects, when needed What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor's Degree in Apparel/ Textile- Product Development, Quality Management or Engineering - Equivalent work experience will be considered., • 10+ Years of experience, • 5+ Years of management experience, • 10+ years of experience in US retail QA and compliance leadership with multi-category experience across apparel, hardgoods and gears, • 3+ Year of Experience in managing Fulfillment QA team in US is preferred, • Proven track record of implementing and managing QA programs in a global manufacturing environment, • Strong Knowledge of global sourcing, manufacturing and TQM, • Deep technical knowledge of product construction, materials, garment washing, applications and manufacturing processes for all apparel and accessories categories, • Strong working knowledge of CPSC, CPSIA, Prop 65, FTC rules, and global social compliance frameworks, • High integrity and ethical standards, • Strong leadership and communication skills.
