Role Summary The Senior Manager, HS&E – Omni Facilities is a hands-on leader who will hit the ground running to elevate HS&E performance across five key Omni fulfillment facilities and, as needed, our office locations. The role combines program ownership with initiative leadership: driving compliance and risk reduction, launching new safety innovations, and overseeing cross-functional projects from scoping through execution and sustainment.
