SERVICE CREW MEMBER - 604LOHA GRILL (FOH) SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS The Service Crew Member is responsible for managing the expo and front-of-house guest service line, accurately receiving and communicating guest orders, supporting timely food delivery, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. This role ensures seamless restaurant operations while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Company Standards, • Follow all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook., • Maintain uniform, appearance, and grooming standards., • Maintain excellent attendance, • Arrive at least 10 minutes before scheduled shifts., • Limit shift swaps/replacements to no more than 5% of scheduled shifts., • Follow company time-off and illness reporting procedures., • Maintain a 0% no-call/no-show record., • Provide outstanding guest service; maintain a customer complaint ratio of less than 1 per 100 guests., • Accurately receive, confirm, and communicate guest orders to the kitchen with 100% accuracy., • Demonstrate complete knowledge of menu items and specials, including preparation methods, ingredients, portion sizes, side items, and substitutions., • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation., • Follow proper receiving and storage procedures with 100% accuracy., • Perform assigned side work accurately and efficiently., • Complete all end-of-shift checkout procedures with 100% accuracy., • Preferred: 18 years of age or older, due to equipment and safety requirements., • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English., • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently., • Strong guest-service orientation and positive attitude., • Valid health card or equivalent required., • Ability to perform basic math calculations and understand units and measurements., • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts., • Ability to bend, lift, stoop, and perform physical tasks as needed., • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including opening, mid-shift, and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays., • Willingness to comply with all company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
