Qualifications: • Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Attendant or Home Health Aide, • Experience assisting those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is a plus, • Must be able to speak and read in English, • Previous experience with geriatric population preferred, providing assistance with ADLs, • Ability to follow instructions and establish personal care routines, • Basic understanding of dementia; patience and professionalism in redirecting residents, • Ability to adjust to different personality types and situations in positive ways, • Must always be reliable, caring and gentle in touch and demeanor, • Maintain an abiding respect for the elderly and remain calm at all times
