Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking a financial analyst that preferably has experience with excel and QuickBooks Online along with preparation of ad-hoc financial statement analysis. Overall job description: As a financial analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Director of M&A and a portfolio of projects. You will meet with clients and will be the primary contact with some regarding the M&A process. You will be responsible for the quality and timeliness of client deliverables. Job responsibilities: • Pull financial statements from Quickbooks online and mold them in excel to present to potential buyers on a stand-alone basis., • Review client's financials for accuracy, reasonableness and trends., • Review operational reports from clients’ Customer Relationship Management software packages., • Support the drafting and review of Confidential Information Memorandums which will be presented to potential buyers., • Act as a liaison to our M&A clients., • Maintain M&A project schedules and assure deadlines are being met, • Coordinate and collect necessary documentation required for the due diligence process., • Work with legal counsel to prepare disclosure schedules., • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, • 1+ years proficiency using Excel, • Personable, ability to effectively communicate with entrepreneurial clients., • Team player-- ability to get along with others, take and give feedback to the team, • Excellent written and oral communication skills, • Ability to handle multiple clients and self-prioritize workloads, • Some travel required to client locations or other corporate functions (<15% of time)
