Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. About the Role: As the Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in the month-end close process, support cost accounting functions, and help maintain accurate financial reporting. You’ll work closely with the Controller and cross-functional teams across operations and finance. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and post journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports * Assist with month-end and year-end close activities * Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data * Perform cost accounting and inventory analysis, including standard cost updates and variance reporting * Support internal and external audits, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate * Collaborate with operations to track and analyze manufacturing costs and margins * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis * Identify and implement process improvements within the accounting function Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) * CPA or progress toward CPA (preferred) * 3–6 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting * Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles * Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) * Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills Why Join This Team? * Stable Manufacturing Company with strong year-over-year growth * Team-Oriented Culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement * Career Advancement Potential into leadership or specialized accounting roles * Comprehensive Benefits Package and on-site work environment with direct access to leadership How to Apply: If you're a Senior Accountant with manufacturing experience and are ready for your next challenge, we want to hear from you!
