We’re looking for two Inside Sales Representatives to support our maintenance base by primarily handling incoming requests for HVAC maintenance proposals. In this role, you will focus on inquiries from internal teams and external customers, developing tailored maintenance proposals for commercial buildings. You will also proactively engage with current clients from other business units to propose warranty service maintenance scopes. You should have… • Excellent communication, customer service and follow-up skills, • The ability to quickly understand customer needs, • Expertise leveraging your product knowledge to build strong relationships and close deals, • Exceedingly high ownership of tasks and clients, • Passionate with a can-do attitude, • A very strong communicator Building strong relationships with internal teams and customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that effectively address those needs • Empowering yourself to learn how to do something. These two positions are hybrid, and we would expect you to be in the office at least three days per week.
