We're growing fast- do you want to grow with us? The Role This is a project coordination role for someone who thrives on making things run smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be the engine that keeps Guardian's operation moving—coordinating techs, trucks, schedules, and supplies to ensure every job is prepped, staffed, and ready to execute. You won't be managing people directly or talking to clients—but you'll be the critical link between our Client Operations team and our field teams. When a job needs to go live, you're the one who makes sure everything is ready so our field team can deliver the Guardian WOW. What You'll Actually DoCoordinate Labor & Job Assignments Nationwide • Assign technicians to jobs based on skills, location, and availability, • Track open jobs and balance workload across the country, • Work with the National Field Manager to adjust capacity and fill gapsOwn Pre-Job Readiness, • Confirm trucks, tools, and supplies are ready before every job, • Validate site access, parking, scheduling windows, and logistics details, • Make sure jobs are 100% set 48 hours before they go live- no surprisesSupport Client Operations Managers & Coordinators, • Partner with Client Ops to prep jobs and align crews, • Join internal kickoffs to surface any potential issues early, • Be the go-to for live execution problems (not client-facing, but critical)Track Performance & Spot Improvement Opportunities, • Monitor job completion data and technician productivity, • Identify recurring issues in planning or deployment, • Recommend process improvements to Field Ops leadershipKeep the Machine Running, • Ensure techs know where to be, when, and what to bring, • Escalate risks or gaps before they become problems, • Make the system better, not just react to what's brokenWhat You Won't Be Doing Let's be clear about what this role isn't: • You won't manage techs directly, • You won't communicate directly with clients, • You won't quote jobs or manage profitability This role is focused and operational- you're keeping the system running smoothly, not building strategy or leading teams. You're comfortable in a support role where you coordinate rather than direct. What You Need to HaveRequired: • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, dispatch, operations support, or logistics, • Strong understanding of job readiness, scheduling, and labor coordination (shred experience is a big plus), • Ability to juggle multiple jobs simultaneously without losing the details, • Comfortable with tools: Excel/Google Sheets, scheduling software, job trackers, and SOPs, • Excellent communication skills—you can talk to field techs, PMs, and leadership clearly and effectivelyPreferred:, • Direct experience in shred operations, data destruction, or ITAD services, • Background as a Project Coordinator or in national-scale operations, • Experience with project management tools, • Any certifications in project coordination, logistics, or operationsWhy Guardian?, • Stable, growing company: We're expanding our national operations, • Collaborative team: Work with Client Ops, Field Ops, and leadership across the organization, • Important role: Your coordination keeps jobs running smoothly across, • Good benefits: Competitive pay and benefits packageReady to Apply?
