The Position: We are seeking an IT Engagement Manager to serve as the key liaison between our internal departments and our Managed Services Provider (MSP) partner. This hands-on role ensures that IT systems, support, and vendor services meet the operational needs of the organization. This position will be based in our Spokane, WA office. Internal Stakeholder Engagement • Serve as the go-to IT liaison for our property management, construction operations, and finance departments., • Translate internal business needs into technical requirements and coordinate with the MSP to secure necessary resources for execution., • Act as the primary interface with the MSP to manage service requests, prioritize escalations, and track service levels., • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding workflows for associates across the company., • Ensure timely follow-up for helpdesk issues, hardware/software requests, and infrastructure support., • Oversee MSP-driven IT inventory management, including tracking hardware assets and ensuring availability for field and office personnel., • Support IT budget forecasting in collaboration with the MSP and finance, including software renewals, hardware planning, and licensing needs., • Help coordinate and track IT projects involving construction and property platforms such as Yardi (property management), Salesforce (CRM), Okta (identity management), and other business-critical systems. Construction related platforms such as: Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Sage and MS Project., • Partner with internal departments during software rollouts, upgrades, and infrastructure changes to ensure minimal disruption to active projects and tenant services., • Provide or facilitate user training on internal IT systems and processes., • Create and maintain user-facing IT documentation such as SOPs, system how-to guides, and FAQs in property and construction operations. A people-focused and business-minded IT Manager to lead and deliver strategic technology optimizations and services across the organization. • Must be a team player who takes a "we over me" approach to building and sustaining relationships with others., • Must be determined, ambitious, and self-motivated., • 5-10 years of experience working in IT coordination, technical account management, and stakeholder-facing technology roles., • Experience managing technology infrastructure– hardware, software, and systems network., • Previous experience providing technology support to remote work locations and triaging issues effectively., • Experience managing and coordinating efforts through a Managed Services Provider (MSP)., • Experience with Microsoft 365 platform, VoIP Solutions, CRM programs, custom applications, etc., • Excellent communication skills; must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English., • Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and initiatives at once., • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study preferred; high school diploma or equivalency certificate required., • Valid driver’s license and insured, operable vehicle., • Competitive salary, $100k-$120k (based on experience)., • Bonus incentive., • Annual performance review with potential merit increase., • Medical, Dental, & Vision insurance., • Flexible Spending Accounts- for healthcare and dependent care., • Disability, AD&D, and Life insurance., • 401(k) with 3% company contribution., • Accrued vacation time, sick pay, 12 paid holidays per calendar year, personal day, and paid volunteer day., • Employee Assistance Program., • Sitting: 2-7 hours/day., • Walking: 1-2 hours/day., • Climbing: 0-3, stairs., • Lifting: 10-25 lbs. rarely., • Endurance: light to moderate energy requirements., • Manual Dexterity: frequent fine motor skills., • Weather: work is primarily indoors in a temperature-controlled office environment with occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions, including uneven and slippery surfaces., • Noise: frequent exposure to typical office environment noise levels including conversational voice levels; infrequent exposure to high-volume office equipment (e.g., shredder)., • Pace of Work: great, multi-tasking/pressure paced environment.
