Residential Building Porter Los Sures Management is hiring! Reports to: Building Superintendent Our company, located in Williamsburg Brooklyn, is looking to hire a Part-time Porter. The porter will be responsible in assisting with the daily maintenance of the residential building / buildings that they will be placed in as well as the grounds and the outside perimeter of the building. This is a part-time union position. Support the Superintendent as needed Accurate and timely communication with supervisors and staff. Ensuring proper use and possession of building keys and other company property. The qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to: Attention to detail. Knowledge of cleaning equipment and use of chemicals.
