Responsabilidades: Diseñar y preparar una carta de cócteles creativa y alineada con el estilo del restaurante. Elaborar bebidas y cócteles clásicos y de autor con un alto estándar de calidad. Gestionar el stock y la organización del área de barra. Ofrecer un servicio al cliente excepcional, asesorando y sugiriendo combinaciones según los gustos. Mantener un espacio de trabajo limpio y ordenado, cumpliendo con las normativas sanitarias y de seguridad. Colaborar en el maridaje entre los cócteles y los platos de la carta. Requisitos: Experiencia mínima de 2 años como barman o coctelero/a, preferiblemente en locales de nivel medio alto. Conocimiento avanzado de mixología y técnicas modernas de coctelería. Habilidad para trabajar organizado en un entorno dinámico y rápido. Actitud proactiva y excelentes habilidades de comunicación. Idiomas: Se valorará positivamente el catalán y conocimiento de inglés u otros idiomas. Disponibilidad para trabajar de jueves a domingo en horario de tardes y noches, de 19 a 01 Incorporación mediados de enero.

To be fully knowledgeable about all bar products and cocktail recipes. Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons. To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all beverage items and prepare garnishes for each cocktail accordingly. To strictly adhere to opening and closing procedures established for the outlet and check beverage stock. To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage. Know your product & systems inside out. To prepare mise‑en‑place and perform side duties. Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily, for both table and bar service.
