To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all beverage items and prepare garnishes for each cocktail accordingly. To strictly adhere to opening and closing procedures established for the outlet and check beverage stock. To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage. Know your product & systems inside out. To prepare mise‑en‑place and perform side duties. Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily, for both table and bar service. El restaurante Teatro, precisa la incorporación de un coctelero/a para incorporarse a su profesional equipo de Backstage, nuestra coctelería situada en la puerta trasera del restaurante. Tareas y requisitos: - Gestionar operativa de coctelería: mice en place, mixers, mantenimiento de stock, etc… - Servir bebidas y cocktails. - Manejo de TPV. - Elaborar cócteles y servicio de bar de acuerdo a escandallos y fichas técnicas de cada receta. - Mantener limpia la barra, áreas de trabajo y utensilios de trabajo. - Mantener inventario y consumos de destilados y licores. - Tener experiencia mínima de 1 año como bartender o 2 años como ayudante de coctelero. - Imprescindible tener buena actitud y dotes de venta.
