The Director of Marketing will launch and lead the marketing strategy for our new luxury resort in Ibiza. This pivotal role will define and execute a holistic marketing plan to position the property & F&B outlets as a premier destination for global travellers, ensuring brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue growth. This position will work closely with the General Manager, F&B Director and Commercial team onsite and will cultivate local & global relationships to generate brand awareness. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter, outgoing, a creative thinker and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Job duties & responsibilities Strategic Planning & Brand Positioning • Develop and implement the hotel’s pre-opening and post-opening marketing strategy aligned with brand values and business goals., • Position the hotel & F&B outlets as a top-tier luxury destination, capitalising on Ibiza’s global appeal and culture vibrancy., • Work closely with management team and ownership to execute the brand identity, tone, and market differentiation., • Concepting marketing plan inclusive of advertising, PR, social, email, and events., • Create content plan and oversee photoshoots, • Support execution of paid media & CRM working closely with agencies and Schulte Hospitality’s global organisation., • Oversee digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, influencer marketing) to drive direct bookings and brand awareness, • Manage the hotel website, ensuring optimal UX, content relevance, and conversion performance, • Manage PR agency partners to ensure relationships with global media, influencer & luxury lifestyle publications are cultivated, • Plan and execute launch events and media fam trips, • Collaborate with the sales and revenue management teams to drive occupancy and RevPAR., • Identify emerging travel trends and adjust marketing initiatives to capture new audiences. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field., • 8+ years of marketing experience in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands, with at least 3 years in a leadership role., • Proven track record launching or rebranding high-profile resorts, hotels, or similar properties., • Deep understanding of the Ibiza market and international luxury travel trends., • Fluency in English required; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred., • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills., • Experience managing external agencies, creative teams, and digital platforms., • Strategic, highly organised and results driven
