Colnicks Global Consulting is an international consulting and trading firm based in Barcelona, specializing in helping businesses expand into African markets. We provide strategic solutions to facilitate the entry of global companies into Africa and support African businesses in exporting and scaling globally.
As part of our expansion in Nigeria, we are looking for a Junior, dynamic, and motivated Sales Consultant with strong expertise in business development and strategic consulting.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prospecting & Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients in the Nigerian market.
· Market Research: Analyze trends, competition, and growth opportunities.
· Business Consulting: Support clients in their expansion strategies and market entry in Nigeria.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with local and international businesses.
· Negotiation & Sales: Develop tailored business proposals and close strategic deals.
· Monitoring & Evaluation: Track activities, measure the impact of strategies, and optimize results.


IDEAL PROFILE
Age: Under 30 years old
Education:
Bachelor's degree (Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSSC),+3 or equivalent) in International Trade, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or International Relations.


Experience & Skills:
3 years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting.
Strong understanding of Nigerian markets and local economic dynamics.
Knowledge of international trade strategies and B2B sales.
Proficiency in negotiation and business development techniques.


Key Competencies & Attributes:
✔ Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
✔ Strong ability to identify market opportunities and build strong relationships.
✔ Self-driven, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
✔ Proficiency in CRM and planning tools.
✔ Bilingual candidates preferred (French + English or another African language).


WHAT WE OFFER
Compensation:
Fixed salary: 624.377,70 NGN + attractive commission structure based on performance.
Progressive salary increase based on results.
