Descripción del empleo Tu día a día Estamos buscando un/a Supervisor/a de Lavandería para unirse al equipo de pre-apertura en SLS Barcelona. Bajo la supervisión del/la Housekeeping Manager, serás la persona responsable de supervisar la operación general de lavandería. Asegurar que todos los estándares de servicio del departamento se mantengan consistentemente. Trabajar estrechamente con los compañeros del departamento de ama de llaves y otros departamentos del hotel a diario para garantizar un servicio sin inconvenientes. Realizar reparaciones y alteraciones de la ropa del personal utilizando habilidades de costura para asegurar que el uniforme esté en buen estado. Gestionar las órdenes de lavandería de los huéspedes, asegurando que se procesen de manera eficiente y precisa. Controlar los costos y maximizar la rentabilidad de la lavandería, buscando constantemente oportunidades para mejorar la eficiencia y reducir costos. Mantener un control estricto sobre los artículos de lavandería de los huéspedes y del hotel, minimizando pérdidas y asegurando la reposición y cuidado adecuado del inventario. Garantizar la satisfacción de huéspedes al abordar cualquier problema de manera rápida y proporcionar respuestas oportunas cuando sea necesario. Supervisar los niveles de inventario, gestionando los costos por habitación para los suministros y equipos de lavandería. Ayudar en la gestión de los requisitos diarios de personal, incluyendo la planificación y asignación de tareas. Asegurar que los suministros para huéspedes siempre estén disponibles. Manejar las quejas y solicitudes especiales de huéspedes relacionadas con los servicios de lavandería, asegurando un alto nivel de satisfacción del huésped. Asegurarse de que el personal de lavandería esté debidamente capacitado y equipado para realizar sus funciones. Fomentar el trabajo en equipo y un servicio de calidad mediante una comunicación y coordinación efectivas con otros gerentes de departamento. Ayudar con los proyectos de limpieza profunda y proporcionar apoyo adicional durante períodos de alta demanda o días de alto volumen. Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en lavandería o Housekeeping, preferiblemente en un hotel de marca de lujo o lifestyle. Experiencia previa en la pre-apertura de un hotel es un gran plus. Alguien que entienda, celebre y abrace los valores de la marca SLS. Líder de equipo con un alto nivel de energía y motivación. Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas, trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido, cumplir con plazos y tener una gran atención al detalle. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Under the guidance of the Director of Finance, the IT Manager is responsible for ensuring functional integration of network and LAN hardware components throughout the entire operation. Verify receiving and storage procedures daily to ensure they are being followed. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of technology including networks, workstations, POS, PMS, etc. to ensure efficient and revenue maximizing operations. Conduct capacity and performance studies recommending appropriate action to maintain standards of performance and capacity. Assist in performing hardware and software evaluation tests and determine appropriate installation or upgrade schedule. Administer, maintain and provide network level support for Hotel, Bar and Restaurant. Ensure functional integration of network and database server software and LAN hardware/software components. Perform fault isolation, problem determination and problem resolution of standard set network and serve problems to ensure proper integration of software and hardware components. Conduct capacity and performance studies pertaining to network file segments and servers (when applicable). Recommend appropriate action where performance is below objective or where capacity may be nearing its threshold. Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of process server and related network functions to ensure all components are performing optimally and in concert with each other. Perform hardware and software evaluations with individual workstations (when necessary) and determine appropriate installation and/or upgrade schedule. Maintain complete and thorough knowledge of new releases of network and server software. Document disaster recovery procedures and perform production turnover procedures with all application including but not limited to Opera, Micros, etc. Maintain department objectives and keep consistent with objective from hotel level and corporate level. Run training classes for individual workstations and new applications. Attend training classes as needed. Qualifications What we are looking for...
