Tus funciones principales - Búsqueda de leads y prospección de potenciales empresas, agencias e instituciones para organizar eventos privados. - Gestión de leads cualificados : Atención a empresas y particulares interesados en nuestros eventos privados. Resolverás dudas, enviarás propuestas y acompañarás al cliente durante todo el proceso. - Diseño y organización del evento : Adaptarás el formato del evento a las necesidades del cliente (ubicación, personalización, materiales, etc.). - Relación con proveedores : Coordinarás profesores, artistas y otros perfiles involucrados. - Coordinación logística : Asegurarás que todo esté preparado para que el evento se desarrolle sin contratiempos. - Comunicación con el cliente : Serás su punto de contacto por email, teléfono o WhatsApp antes, durante y después del evento. - Seguimiento : Supervisarás pagos, gestionarás incidencias y garantizarás que la experiencia supere las expectativas. En dependencia de la Responsable de la División Alimentaria, realizarías las siguientes funciones: - Planificación de la oferta gastronómica de los menús y de los servicios de catering - Organización de los Recursos Humanos destinados al servicio de restaurante o de la producción encargada - Supervisión del acabado de los platos, grados de cocción, temperaturas, condimentación, etc. - Realizar encargos de avituallamiento para la cocina - Control de calidad y correcto almacenamiento - Gestionar el control y la seguridad alimentaria - Responsabilizarse del equipamiento, su limpieza y mantenimiento

Busco camarero/a para temporada de Verano en Observatori Fabra. Jornada de trabajo variable dependiendo de comensales diarios. Esta abierto desde inicios de Junio a Principios de Octubre, siendo de Martes a Domingo la jornada habitual. Se paga 10€/Hora y la jornada diaria varia entre 4,5 Horas y 5,5 Horas (Excepto en eventos privados que puede ser más horas). Buscamos gente de perfil joven con buena presencia. Si es con experiencia previa mejor, pero si eres un/a estudiante y quieres empezar en el mundo y tienes ganas y buena actitud también es una buena oportunidad. Se iniciaría un pequeño proceso de prueba para ver aptitudes. Es imprescindible coche, y se paga el transporte del resto de personal. Para mas información, responde a la oferta.
