About the Role: The role will involve resolution of production problems, process optimisation and commissioning of new industrial facilities for the Group. Collaboration with Quality, Safety and Environment in the continuous auditing of processes based on technical knowledge of processes and facilities. Responsibilities: • Carry out operations related to the transfer and optimisation of industrial processes at Bioiberica's national and international plants, ensuring regulatory compliance by recording and evaluating the associated change control., • Collaborate in the preparation of reports derived from the evaluation of change requests, deviations and nonconformities affecting products, processes or equipment., • Collaborate with Engineering in defining user requirements for new production facilities and equipment., • Collaborate in reviewing the specifications of MMPPs, materials, in-process controls, intermediates and APIs produced, ensuring that their content corresponds to the DMF., • Collaborate as a member of the HACCP team in the identification, evaluation and control of significant hazards, ensuring compliance with current food safety regulations., • Participate in the verification and validation of the HACCP plan, ensuring the effectiveness of preventive and corrective measures., • Prepare manufacturing guidelines for new processes or optimisation of existing ones, as well as validation of processes prior to their industrial implementation., • Resolving production problems that require different solutions, collaborating in the monitoring of process optimisation projects, collaborating in the feasibility study of alternative MMPPs, collaborating with other areas of the company at a technical advisory level (commercial, customer service, RRAA)., • Possibility of participating in cross-functional projects that the company, based on your strengths and skills, may consider appropriate for you to participate in. About the Role: Ensure regulatory compliance and quality in GMP processes, acting as QA and Compliance Manager and as backup for the API QA Technician. Ensure document traceability, correct management of deviations, CAPAs and changes, and provide support in audits, Regulatory Affairs and document release, minimising regulatory risks and ensuring compliance with international standards. Responsibilities: Review of GMP documentation (API technical backup): • Review and approve production spreadsheets, records and controls in accordance with GMP and PNT., • Verify the integrity, traceability and accuracy of critical data (processes, in-process controls, times, equipment)., • Coordinate the investigation, closure and verification of deviations and non-conformities., • Supervise the investigation of OOS/OOT, ensuring immediate action, root cause analysis and action plan., • Prepare, review and control versions of SOPs, technical instructions, spreadsheets and GMP forms., • Keep the document management system up to date in accordance with ICH Q7 and applicable regulations., • Participate in customer complaint investigations, ensuring feedback to the quality system., • Coordinate the change management process on the MasterControl platform., • Prepare and maintain documentation to be provided by QA for regulatory dossiers, site master files, certificates and documentation for authorities., • Ensure compliance with legal requirements for labelling and records., • Provide support in regulatory audits and inspections (EMA, FDA, AEMPS)., • Collaborate in the evaluation and approval of raw materials, critical services and auxiliary materials., • Participate in internal, customer and authority audits., • Prepare evidence, records and corrective action plans., • Prepare APR/PQR reports and management reviews., • Participate in continuous improvement projects., • Be the point of contact for customer enquiries and approvals., • Provide GMP training during onboarding and periodic training sessions., • Be familiar with and apply current regulations on safety, health, occupational risk prevention, quality, the environment and energy efficiency, and ensure compliance with them., • Report any risk situation in accordance with incident/accident management and quality event management procedures. About You: • Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology or similar., • Solid knowledge of GMP, ICH Q7, ISO and applicable regulations., • Training in Compliance and Regulatory Affairs is desirable., • Internal Auditor certification in GMP, GLP, GDP, Quality Management Systems (food, feed) is desirable., • Minimum 2 years in QA and Compliance in GMP environments (pharmaceutical, API, chemical)., • Experience in document management, audits, deviations and CAPAs., • Experience in Regulatory Affairs and supplier management is desirable., • Knowledge of the EU, FDA and EAEU regulatory environment and specific international regulations in destination countries. Responsibilities: • Ensure that all current safety, quality and environmental standards are applied in all activities carried out and ensure that other Bioibérica colleagues, internal and external suppliers involved in these activities also comply with them., • Manage the design, configuration and programming of the automated control system using SCADA Aveva System Platform or Intouch and Rockwell or Siemens PLCs., • Develop and implement control strategies to ensure the efficiency and safety of processes in the pharmaceutical industry., • Manage the integration of SCADA and PLC systems to enable effective communication and precise control of the equipment and processes involved in production., • Oversee the testing and commissioning of automation systems, ensuring their correct operation and compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements., • Ensure that technical documentation is up to date, including control diagrams, user manuals, and validation procedures., • Comply with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and system validation requirements (GAMP 5 and 21 CFR Part 11)., • Provide technical support and training to end users of automation systems., • Keep your knowledge up to date, both technically and legally, on issues related to GMPs, the environment, quality, occupational risk prevention, and industrial safety., • Maintain order and cleanliness in your workplace and in all areas where you carry out your activities. Responsibilities: Document management and record control: • Create, review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)., • Control versions and ensure the correct distribution of current documents., • File physical and digital documentation in compliance with traceability requirements., • Record quality events in the system., • Follow up on actions arising from events (AI) and ensure compliance with deadlines., • Prepare periodic reports on quality indicators., • Monitor the release status of batches to ensure on-time deliveries to customers., • Coordinate with Production, Logistics and Customer Service to ensure availability., • Act as the QA liaison with the areas involved in order tracking., • Manage QA team schedules and meetings., • Prepare minutes and reports of quality-related meetings., • Maintain staff training records in the document management system (MasterControl)., • Coordinate the scheduling of courses and internal assessments related to the Quality area (GMP/HACCP/HALAL/GMP+, etc.)., • Prepare documentation required by authorities and auditors., • Organise evidence and records to facilitate review., • Know and apply current standards for safety, health, occupational risk prevention, quality, environment, energy efficiency, and ensure compliance., • Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology or similar., • Solid knowledge of GMP regulations and quality management systems., • Additional training in document management and compliance is desirable.
