About the Role We are seeking a highly capable Financial Manager with COO-level authority to act as the control tower for all financial, legal, and operational projects within a growing, multi-entity business environment. You’ll work directly with the CEO on strategic decisions while owning the day-to-day execution — coordinating lawyers, accountants, advisors, property managers, and internal project teams. Skills & Experience Required • 10+ years in financial management, operations, or COO roles., • Strong accounting and financial literacy — comfortable with P&L, cash flow, and multi-entity structures., • Experience working with lawyers, accountants, and banks in multi-country setups., • Proven track record of reducing professional fees without sacrificing quality., • Excellent project management skills with the ability to run multiple complex projects simultaneously., • Strong written & spoken English (Spanish and/or Danish an advantage)., • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Notion, Asana, or ClickUp.
