You will ensure the adherence of daily operations across the different areas (shop-café, workshops, production) to company protocols, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth efficient production and a motivated, happy team — all while communicating confidently in both Spanish and English with customers, suppliers, and staff. Candidate Requirements - Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) - Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience (in food production, hospitality, retail, or similar).
