What You Will Do In This Role As a Customer Success Manager on our team, you will: • Accelerate cloud consumption and identify additional cloud cross-sell / upsell opportunities for nominated Corporate customers., • Involve direct outreach (email, calls) to nominated customers by: Reacting to digital signals generated via TSI marketing and Trigger outreach to drive cloud consumption, customer retention, and expansion., • Present Microsoft’s Cloud value proposition and differentiation that align to customer’s business objectives and IT initiatives based on expertise in solution selling techniques and selling cloud-based solutions., • Provide technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer need and usage scenarios, • Increase technical acumen delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud., • Execute quick technical feasibility assessments and proposal developments for the customers identified solutions, • Are proficient or bilingual in either German or French + advanced level of English, • Have 3+ years sales experience, • Have experience in qualifying and building pipeline at scale, managing aggressive sales cycles, and sales negotiation preferred, • Have familiarity with modern sales techniques, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs, • Have experience working with or selling Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 or similar, • Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning, • Have ability to explain complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences and to connect technological solutions with measurable business value, • Are success-driven, works well in a diverse team and enjoy a dynamic and changing environment, • Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30, • Salary of 27,000 euros gross/year + up to 4,000 euros gross/year in bonus, private medical insurance, • Excellent office location in Malaga, • Full paid training on the company and the project you'll be working on, • Mid-Senior level, • Full-time, • Other We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
