About the Rol eAs a Crash CAE Engineer, you will be responsible for the full development cycle of high-speed crash simulation models — from the initial design CAD files through to final reporting and results delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring our vehicles meet the highest international safety standards, working closely with internal teams and external customers .This is a technically demanding and client-facing position, ideal for an engineer who combines strong simulation expertise with leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Build and develop high-speed crash finite element models from design CAD data, ensuring accuracy and quality at every stage., • Manage and lead crash simulation projects end-to-end, from model setup to final results reporting, • Attend and lead technical meetings with customers, presenting findings and addressing engineering queries, • Perform meshing and model assembly at both component and full-vehicle level, • Interpret and validate simulation results, preparing clear and structured technical reports, • Ensure compliance with international passive safety regulations and internal OEM requirements, • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, testing, and project management Required Skills & Experience • Solid knowledge of international vehicle safety regulations (ECE, Euro NCAP, FMVSS, etc.), • Proven proficiency in industry-standard CAE software: ANSA, Animator, PAM-CRASH, Nastran, Abaqus, and META-Post, • Experience with VW Group-specific CAE environments: CAE-Bench, LoCo, Hyper KVS, Connect, and SDM, • Strong expertise in meshing and model assembly at component and full-vehicle level using PAM-CRASH, Abaqus, and Nastran solvers, • Ability to manage project timelines and communicate effectively with clients, • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail in results interpretation and reporting What We Value • Proactive and autonomous work style, • Strong communication and teamwork skills, • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced engineering environment
