Head of Customer Operations (Order-to-Cash) Burgos / Logroño Industrial Manufacturing Environment About the role We are looking for a Head of Customer Operations (Order-to-Cash) to lead and optimize the full customer operations cycle within a fast-paced industrial environment. This is a strategic and cross-functional role with end-to-end ownership of the order-to-cash process, acting as a key interface between Commercial, Production, Supply Chain and Finance teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Lead the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, from order intake to final delivery and invoicing., • Coordinate daily operations across Customer Service, Production Planning, Logistics, Sales and Finance., • Manage and optimize the customer order portfolio, ensuring service reliability and delivery performance., • Monitor and drive KPIs such as OTIF, backlog evolution, service level and forecast accuracy., • Oversee customer claims management, pricing coordination and credit-related matters., • Ensure accurate order management and master data governance through SAP., • Collaborate closely with commercial teams on demand planning and forecasting activities., • Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, visibility and customer experience., • Lead, mentor and develop the customer operations/customer service team. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within an industrial/manufacturing environment., • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, customer operations and supply chain coordination., • Experience managing complex customer portfolios and cross-functional stakeholders., • Knowledge of KPIs such as OTIF, forecasting, claims management and service level metrics., • Advanced SAP knowledge., • Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills., • Fluent Spanish and professional English level., • Available to travel between Burgos and Logroño.
