We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods, managing transportation and warehouse solutions, and maintaining accurate inventory and shipment records. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations (shipment scheduling, tracking, and delivery). Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, and carriers to achieve efficient distribution. Track orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any transportation issues. Prepare shipping documents, customs documentation, and maintain records of shipments. Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and distribution of products. Analyze logistics data and recommend improvements for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements. Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist in cycle counting and audits. Assist with invoicing and reconciliation of logistics-related costs. May require availability outside of standard business hours to coordinate with global partners.
